David King
I graduated in 2015 from Delta College in Covington, Louisiana and hold a license in Louisiana and Illinois. Prior to massage I served in the Coast Guard from 1987 to 1997 as an Electrician's Mate. Shortly after my discharge, I began studying to be a computer programmer at the Paralta Colleges of Alameda and Laney in Alameda, CA. Due to my wife’s transfer and my VA education benefits expiring, my wife and I decided she would be the bread winner and I would be the homemaker, so for 13 years I raised our two daughters.

My interest in massage began after I injured my shoulder in 2005. My doctor gave me pain medication and a sling to use and told me to ice it. It continued to worsen, to the point that my arm was immovable. After 3 prescriptions of pain reliever and sleeping in a recliner for 6 weeks I had to find a better way. As I was struggling through this ordeal my wife was seeing a massage therapist. She told the therapist about my condition and suggested I come in to see her. With nothing to lose, I made an appointment.

Our first session was extremely painful, but I gritted my teeth and went with it. After the session she recommended I come back in three days while she looked through her books for techniques which could benefit my condition. After our second session, I noticed some improvement in the range of motion in my arm. I continued to see her twice a week for four weeks, then dropped to once a week for four weeks. I have been getting a massage at minimum once a month since. I am a firm believer in the healing powers of massage therapy.

Whether it’s for relaxation or if traditional methods fail you, or even as a complementary to traditional methods, massage therapy may change your life, it did mine.

Diane Deis
Diane's interest in massage was sparked during her nursing career in which patients loved a back massage from her! She had been practicing as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. She worked in a nursing home and then a hospital, and then joined the Air Force and became commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in March, 1987. Throughout her 20 year tenure in the Air Force Nurse Corps, Diane worked as a clinical nurse, flight nurse, in quality risk management, disease management, and finally, at her last assignment, before retiring at the rank of Major, worked as an operations officer in aeromedical evacuation at Tanker Airlift Command and Control Center, Scott Air Force Base, IL.

Following her retirement, she continued to work as a clinical nurse in medical centers in St Louis. In 2010, she pursued her interest in massage by attending The Body Therapy Center, where she completed her certification the following year. After she became licensed, she continued to work as a nurse in a clinic while working part-time as a massage therapist up until 2014, when she became a full-time massage therapist in a chiropractic office and now here at Michelle's Massage Therapy.

Rose Gear
I graduated from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and specialize in Fertility Massage.

I learned Fertility Massage through a Clair Marie Miller Seminar in Cincinnati, Ohio. Fertility Massage is for anyone who needs healing for infertility, pelvic tension, and a healthier reproductive system. I recommend everyone to try it, especially women. When getting a Fertility Massage, I experienced so much energy after receiving one, I knew I had to learn this kind of massage. I believe that being a healer is a gift, not a talent. I believe that as a healer you are the carrier for God's healing and not your own. I love being a Massage Therapist and it never feels like I'm working.
Rodney Adams
Hello! I graduated from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage. I am certified in Myofascial Release and have additional training in assisted isolated stretching. Prior to graduating massage school, I became interested in reflexology and received a certificate of study in St. Louis, MO in June, 2013.

I became interested in reflexology when I practiced on my grandson's feet. He had grand mal seizures when he became sick with a cold or flu. They were so intense and long lasting that he had to be put on oxygen. Since the sessions on his feet, he hasn't had another seizure. Our whole family is reaping the benefits of reflexology. I can incorporate reflexology into your massage session at no additional charge.

Summer Robinson
Hello! I graduated in 1998 from The Flint School of Therapeutic Massage in Flint, MI. My time there was spent divulged in Swedish massage application, polarity, reflexology, sport massage, trigger point therapy, muscle isolation techniques, myofacial release and basic shiatsu.

My passion was set afire and I fell in love with this profession. I was hungry for more knowledge and proceeded to enroll in the advanced study course. I received comprehensive training in musculoskeletal anatomy, touch for health techniques, advanced myofacial techniques, craniosacral therapy and business practices and ethics. While going through the advanced study course I stayed on at FSTM as a student teacher helping the new generation of massage therapists gain perspective into their new career choice. I've been practicing going on 15 yrs and looking forward to many more.

Megan Breeding
I feel very lucky to have found my calling in life. Massage is something that I am very passionate about. I enjoy knowing that my clients come to me for help with a particular problem or just to relax from their busy lives. I provide different modalities of massage such as Swedish, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point, Pre/Post Sports Massage and Pregnancy. The area that I am most passionate about is Deep Tissue.

There is a true experience of great reward in helping people overcome their aches and pains by helping to restore painful muscles back to working condition. All though I do love working on the entire body, I have much experience in releasing tension and tight muscles in the head, neck, shoulders and back where many people feel the most discomfort.
